An Early Christmas Present

The kids had so much fun this summer at the Great Wolf Lodge so I decided to surprise them with an early Christmas present this past weekend.  They were so surprised...it was really cute!  We had a good time and they are already asking when we can go back again.  Brecken is usually my cautious one but even he was going down the big slides by the end of our stay.  Emma is my little dare devil who had a total meltdown when the waves stopped in the wave pool.

Everything was great until bedtime rolled around...and then it got later, and later, and later, and a certain 3-year old decided that she did not want to go to bed.  For those of you that have been there, did you know that it is called the Great Wolf Lodge because there are wolves that patrol the hallways at nighttime and they come to your room when little kids won't listen to their mommies and go to sleep?  Oh yes....this really happens and it is the only thing that got Emma to go to sleep that night.

The fake snow created quite the excitement for all the kids in Texas who had never seen snow before!
