Date Night with Auntie Am

The Sowers girls did a slumber party with us this past weekend while Aunt Robin and Uncle Steve got to do a date night.  We played, made Valentine's Day crafts, had Valentine's Day cupcakes, and watched part of a movie before bedtime.  I learned a very valuable lesson that night....whenever an abundance of glitter, glue, jewels or anything "sparkly" are involved...you better be prepared and have a tablecloth.  I'm pretty sure I spent my entire evening cleaning up the craft bomb that went off in the kitchen but the kids all loved it.
