Everyone was a little tired from Disneyland, so we kept it a low key day. We started off at the Santa Monica Pier where Brecken was in complete heaven! He loved watching the fishermen and wanted to spend the entire day here. I was in heaven because I got to eat more funnel cakes....again, diet will be starting soon! As you can see from the pictures, Brecken & Emma got to hold birds (hand sanitizer, check!) and like every child, now wants one for a pet.
Next stop....Malibu. We drove up the coast and saw beautiful scenery and gorgeous homes. We ate at a cute little pizza place for lunch and headed back to the hotel for some downtime.
Final stop...mexican food in Culver City. Emma fell asleep in the car on the way to dinner and didn't wake up until the next morning. She slept on me the whole dinner while I enjoyed my yummy Sangria and chips and salsa.
Next up....San Diego!
