We were fortunate enough to have John's parents and his brother come down to Texas to spend a week with us. There was lots of eating, drinking, playing, and merriment that went on! My favorite thing is seeing how excited the kids are on Christmas morning...I love watching them open their presents and the excitement that follows when they get the new toy they've been wanting for months. Patty always makes this yummy english muffin concoction Christmas morning (which Michael and I almost burnt) and I tried making my mom's homemade cinnamon rolls but they definitely did not turn out anything like hers (guess she'll have to come down next year!).
I promise his parents really WERE here...we just didn't do a great job of taking their pics that morning! Then again, I think Patty and I were in our jammies the entire day. :)
