Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there.
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads...
On Christmas Eve, we had a few very important things that we needed to do...
1) Sprinkle reindeer food outside so Santa could find our house to deliver the presents
2) Say goodbye to our elf, Jackson...don't worry, he'll be back again next year!
3) Leave cookies and milk out for Santa
What a fun night! On a side note, I've never seen the kids fall asleep so fast. Christmas should be everyday at our house!!!
